Hi! I’m so glad you’re here! My name is Gina, and I’m a mom to one, Certified Personal Trainer, and full-time essential oils educator. I have a Bachelors’ degree in Interdisciplinary Natural Sciences, and took extra nutrition and anatomy classes as well because of my passion for health.
However, I didn’t find the answers to my questions about health in college, so I’ve devoted many hours of research to holistic health. I’m not an expert, but I started this blog because I love to help people like you live a healthy lifestyle naturally and safely. My journey to health started 8 years ago, and I’ve made mistakes along the way (like baking with Splenda because I thought it was better for me than sugar!), so I want to share what’s worked to keep me and my family healthy (no colds or illness for me & my husband in 4 years! And our 20 mo. old has only been sick once or twice).
I truly believe that busy moms can be in the best shape of their lives, so the workouts you’ll find here can be done at home with minimal equipment in 30 mins or less, my recipes are quick and nourishing, and I share how to detox your home with simple, inexpensive DIY’s.
